 Upon receiving your phone call, we arrange a convenient time and date to measure up your area and get a clearer picture of your requests.

We plan and discuss all aspects of your alterations and allow 30 minutes per consultation depending upon the size and type of alterations. We leave you a brochure with block or patio choices and designs, (however you may wish to purchase and supply your own blocks or slabs).

Within 4-5 working days you will receive your free portfolio which includes:

  • Ess & Ess welcome letter including further information about us,
  • Guild of Master Craftman recommendation letter,
  • Two quotation sheets (one to keep, one to return to us),
  • A full explanation of your requested works,
  • Planning information if required,
  • Previous customer comments,
  • Picture gallery of previous workmanship.
  • Confirmation of 5 - 10 year insurance backed guarantee through the GGFI

If upon receipt you wish to go ahead with your alterations you simply sign and date both quotation sheets, return one to us and keep one for your own records. We will then call to arrange a mutually convenient start date.

                               Payments are due upon completion and can be made via cheque or bank transfer. 

 

 

For Driveways, Block Paved Paths & Patio's

Steve digs out and removes all turf, topsoil, rubble and concrete, he then prepares your ground accordingly, putting in edging stones, lowering any drains and manholes ready for your type 1 road stone, sand  that he screeds to the appropriate set levels ready for your blocks to be led to complete your driveway. 

For feature gardens and patio's after removal of all turf, topsoil, old concrete and rubble and appropriate levels being set, he would lay a wet concrete sub base ready for your patio slabs and then start to lay them right away, this eliminates future lose slabs or seeds, weeds and grass from growing between your slabs, making your patio design low maintenance and weather proof.

Upon completion after checking over his work and ensuring that you 'the customer' are 100% happy with your driveway, feature garden or patio he will request your outstanding payment. You will receive your insurance backed guarantee within 14 days of completion.
